Refund policy

At Bravo Super Store, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase.

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Products that are used, damaged (not due to our fault), or missing original packaging are not eligible for return. Certain categories such as personal care or hygiene-related products may also not be eligible for returns.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method.

Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof such as images or videos.
